Róisín from Carna, Ireland - friendly, extrovert and always on the go
Her native language is Irish, but like the rest of her family - parents and her younger sister and brother, she also speaks English. Róisín talks about how religion plays an important part both to herself and the villagers. We visit her basket ball training and take part in a get-together where some of Róisín's friends play traditional Irish music and perform a dance.

Róisín does part-time work at the local hotel, serving guests in the bar. On Saturdays she goes to both a dance class and a drama lesson. She meets up with her best friends to get prepared for a night out.
