Tellus Vision is a production company within television and audio visual media (DVD, CD-rom, internet etc), established 1990 by Anna Nordqvist.
Tellus Vision works mostly with international educational programmes and series but also with documentaries, programmes for young people and drama/fiction series.
The company has produced hundreds of programmes and series, filmed on location or in studios all over Europe, in Latin America and the USA.
The programmes have been produced for an international market and are distributed worldwide, mainly by Television broadcasters and major publishing houses.
In the field of language training, the company works with the languages English, French, Spanish and German. Through the years a network of professional crews and actors has been established in these countries. The team needed, both regarding size and skills, is created for each production.
The productions involve both head and heart. Clear structure and didactic goals are combined with a human touch and a high degree of entertainment. This creates productions which fulfil their purpose and reach their target group.
Tellus Vision works on commission and with co-productions. Tellus Vision has developed a working method for international collaborations which has successfully been used since 1990.
Recently, 2008, an animated and documentary series in English, produced by Tellus Vision for a major publishing house in Germany, received the educational media prize "Comenius EduMedia Gütesiegel".
