The situations provide an excellent basis for discussion and comparison with the student's own country.
Meet:
Marta, a young tourist guide in Barcelona. She takes us around the famous sights in Barcelona and Montserrat, and tells us about herself. We also meet her friends, family and boyfriend.
Roica Jaménez, a flamenco dancer from Andalusia, who works with her guitarist husband. They have a young daughter, who celebrates her birthday.
Sarah, who visits El Port de Selva, a thriving fishing village in Catalonia, to find out more about the daily life of a fisherman and his family.
Mónica Dión, a young woman from the Canary Island, lives now in Madrid. She teaches at a drama school to earn her living while she struggles to make her name as an actress.
Juan Manuel Barbero Sánchez, one of Club Atlético de Madrid's most promising young footballers. We watch him during training and playing in a match, and hear about his hopes for the future.
